I have a headset, and periodically the sound cuts out for nearby 2-3 seconds then comes back during that time. Also, this happens when the sound is coming out of my TV speakers. The video (be it game or Netflix) is entirely unaffected. On a side note, when the sound remains cut out, the mic on the headset still works effortlessly fine, and anyone can hear me.
