So here are some of the best health resolutions to make in 2022, according to a nutritionist.

There are so many reasons to try Meditation this year. It can help reduce stress, improve concentration, lower blood pressure and even reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s disease. By taking time to be present this new year, you can set yourself up for a happier and healthier year, both mentally and physically.

Find a type of exercise you Love

Find a type of exercise you LoveSure, trying to exercise more is a pretty predictable solution. But instead of thinking of practice as a chore to be completed, shift your focus this year. Try different types of exercise until you find something you really enjoy and look forward to. Schedule Regular Social Time

Regular social time is key to feeling supported and maintaining solid relationships with those we care about, which can translate into longevity and healthier aging.

It may mean having one day a week when the whole family has a meal together at the table (or more often if you can). Or it could be meeting a friend, either in person or via phone and video calls. In this new year, focus on regularly scheduled social time.
