It is always nice to see healthy hair in the mirror. But looking for ideas, we often use products that are not so harmless and that only for a time give us the illusion of perfection.

Bright Side suggests paying attention to natural colorants that give hair a pleasant shade without destroying its natural beauty.

To add shine and deep, beautiful tones to their hair, it remains recommended to use a mixture of sage and rosemary for brown hair girls

You Will Need To:

  • Sage (dried) – 4–6 tbsp.
  • Rosemary – 1–2 tbsp.
  • The amount depends on the length of the hair and the effect you want to achieve.

You can apply the product to dry hair daily using a spray. Add the ingredients to the boiling water, simmer everything for 4 minutes, and let the mixture sit for an hour. Then rinse freshly washed hair with this infusion many times.  Repeat the procedure to get the desired result.

If you want to achieve a more intense tone, add black tea; If you’re going to have golden sparkles, you can substitute the rosemary for chamomile. The beautiful brown tones remain achieved thanks to the leaves and branches of linden, and the deep chestnut tone, thanks to the walnut shell.

+ Tip: it is worth considering that natural colorants, in general, help change the color of the hair by 1-2 tones.

Coffee gives dark curls attractive shades of coffee and chocolate. In addition, caffeine and microelements will provide shine and strength to your hair.

You Will Need To:

  • Ground coffee – 2–3 tbsp.
  • Leave-on conditioner – 150–250 g
  • The amount depends on the length of the hair and the effect you want to achieve.

Make a cup of strong coffee, let it rest, and put it in the fridge. Mix the coffee with the conditioner and add the cold coffee. Apply the mixture to dry hair and let it work for an hour. Then rinse and wash your hair with shampoo. You can use the coffee infusion after each wash to enhance the effect.

The duration of the application influences the intensity of the tone. You can add cocoa, St. John’s wort, or blackberries for lovely burgundy tones. Use an acorn husk or pine bark infusion to preserve a deep dark hue.

+ Tip: to improve the structure of your hair, it is advisable to brush it for 5 minutes in the open air; and to restore density, use castor oil.

To preserve the beauty of blonde hair, it is not necessary to use special dyes. You can give your locks bright tones using natural products.

You Will Need To:

  • Chamomile flowers – 2–4 tbsp.
  • Honey – 3 tbsp.
  • Lemon – 1 / 2–1 tbsp.

Pour boiling water into a pot with chamomile and let it steep for an hour. Add the honey and lemon juice, stir well and apply throughout the length of the hair. Cover the hair with plastic wrap and a towel and let it work for an hour and a half. Rinse with warm water, use a conditioner with oils.

If you want to achieve even more blonde tones, add cinnamon and ginger to the mixture.

+ Tip: sometimes, natural hair coloring products cause dryness. To avoid this, use aloe juice, camellia, oregano, coconut, olive, or flax oil.
